Default Sagging suspension on EZGO

I'm in the process of lifting my 94.5 Medalist 6" with a drop axle kit. While I was in there I replaced the front leafs as well since I'm not sure how old they were and am also replacing tie rods since the ends were seized and I can't adjust the toe-in. I'm currently waiting on the new tie rods to be delivered to continue forward.

Prior to me doing this when it sat at stock height, the front drivers side seemed to sit lower than any other wheel on the cart. The inside of the tire was also wearing faster (assuming the alignment is way off with no way to adjust).

What would cause one wheel to sit lower than the others? Would it make sense to also replace the shocks with new stock shocks? I'm trying to get everything freshened up and get rid of that sag problem at the same time as I don't want to wear out the new tires prematurely.

Any suggestions would be helpful on what to look for. I'm not really sure how to identify whether a shock is blown or not.

Not uncommon for the right side to sag on older carts (one person in cart more than not) I think once you put on the new springs and set the toe-end you'll be good to go.

If you are unlikely like me and 7 drunken fat dudes on your ezgo at the same time then the entire front, rear , and side to side is saged a hole 2-3 inches and not to mention the cart still moved! A little 2pg pushing 1,600 pounds at least.

I believe this is correct. No more sag... sits great.

I will add, my dinky little jack did not have the height needed to get my new wheels on once I installed the lift. Had to pull out my F150's scissor jack to get the thing high enough to get wheels under it lol.

Thanks guys. It's a lot bigger than I was expecting to be honest. I dig it, but that rear foot step is almost 2 feet off the ground. My 5 foot nothing wife and small kids literally have to climb up on the back seat haha.
