Polaris Breeze 2010 - 4 flash error question
Hey everyone, looking for some advice as to why I have the 4 flash error code coming up and how to diagnose it. I believe it happened before it wen to the repair shop, and they wanted to scrap it for $300. I took it home, manually charged all the batteries, and ensured water/acid level was good - then put it on the charger, and it worked fine last night - (Other than when I would press the gas pedal all the way down, super fast, and the headlights would flash or cut out.
I pulled it into the garage, (batteries were still full) - This morning though, when I turned it on, I get the 4 flash error. and the golf cart won't go. The lights and everything else seems to work I have a multimeter and I was wondering what steps I could go through to check the different components. I read some articles where people convert from the TIM to an Alltrax. But since it was working fine the night before, I wanted to make sure I didnt start making a bunch of changes when it could possibly be something simpler. Next Day - Another wrinkle in the situation. When I went and checked on the cart two nights ago night, it started up and drove with no issue. So I'm not sure if that helps - when it comes to diagnosing it. The next day it seemed to work fine and then last night it did the same problem while driving... cut out at times, and the turn signals would act weird. , does that help give any definitive answer to what part would need the replacement? i.e. gas pedal electronics, vs a whole new module ? Thanks in advance for any help you all can offer. |

Re: Polaris Breeze 2010 - 4 flash error question
Thank you for that. Is the Line Contactor located at the pedals? I opened up the floor board by the pedals and cleaned the connectors > but it didnt help. If I slowly press the gas pedal, it starts to go, but if I push to hard - it cuts right out. And I hear a loud click when it fails. Any thoughts based on that?
