Default Re: Lift Kit Advice g29

reviving an old post here to ask a question - - I'm adding the 4" block lift on my G29 and plan to use 22" tires. Is there any reason to change wheels other than the look? would save some cash to just get 22x8 tires instead of buying 10 or 12" wheels.

any advice there? was also thinking the ride might be better with 22x8 vs 22x12 or it may make no difference at all. thanks

8-inch wheels and a 6-inch lift would look strange. 12's with 22 in tires.

Aight so I put on the eBay block lift and 22x10x10 tires and everything seems to fit well except the right tie rod is rubbing the tire. Can’t figure out why, because the left side has a little more clearance and doesn’t look like it rubs at all.
Any advice? May have to get spacers to fix?
