![]() Since they have an outside metal sleeve, those bushings are a bear to remove.
I used a propane torch to melt the rubber enough to knock them out. Then used a hammer and punch to finally get the metal sleeves out. Those sleeves are pretty thin so once you get them bent and wrinkled with a punch or chisel, it's easier to knock them out. Good luck! |

![]() I appreciate the replies.
I went ahead and ordered 2 new replacement bushings. So I think I'm going to go ahead and cut them out. I just can't see how it would be possible to get them out without messing them up. |
