Default 95 48v works after jumping the small terminal to main negative post

95 Electric Club Car. So using the search function here I isolated my problem to the controller by jumping the yellow wire terminal to the main negative battery post. The search states you can run an 18 wire with an inline 10 fuse to keep it functional but that it would bypass the "lock out." Is this acceptable? What is "lock out"

Me thinks "Lock Out" to keep you from driving off with the cart plugged into the charger...

Your OBC might have gone bad.

I'm pretty sure, that rerouting of the yellow wire, is part of by passing the obc.

Just be aware the ignition interlock has been defeated & the cart can now be charged and driven at the same time which usually goes bad at the end of the cord.
When connecting the charger, feed the cord through the steering wheel to remind everyone to unplug before driving
