Got the seats mounted this evening. Did I mention I hate t-nuts?
I think they turned out great. This thing has two parades planned Saturday then fireworks at the country club in the evening!  |

Yeah I really enjoyed fixing this thing up. It has spent the winter in the barn plugged in. I'm sure I'll get it out this summer and cruise around and maybe enter a couple more parades. Everybody got a kick out of it last year...

thanks i made it a bench seat to see how a HD would look with one. that was my first experience with the cost of foam rubber. my next build i think will be a rat cart with plain plastic boat seats

I have a chance to pick up a Lester 25890 charger for this cart. It is a fully automatic charger. I would really like the peace of mind of knowing my batts are getting charged correctly every time, and not guessing at how much time to put on them, like I do now...

This cart got a huge improvement in the charging department today! I picked up a Lester E-Series 36v fully automatic charger. I don't know much about it yet, other than it will be a huge improvement over the original charger. I will get pics up when I get a chance...
