Default 1999 Yamaha G16 Clutch Help

I just came across a great deal on a 99 Yamaha G16 gas cart. After installing a tune up kit (air filter, spark plug, fuel filter), an oil change and a good cleaning I feel dissatisfied in the smoothness of the clutch drivetrain. I would describe myself as mechanically inclined but uneducated on these style clutches.

The cart drives fine with no vibrations, but the clutch system seems noisy and doesn't operate as smoothly as I feel it should. I have noticed when switching from forward to reverse that sometimes it will take a few seconds and make a "whining" noise while doing so. Also occasionally it will make the belt squeak. I plan on replacing both belts as both have some obvious age on them and not sure about the carts history. I am going to post up a few pictures, please post if you see any obvious signs of needing a clutch replacement.

Also, if anyone could identify what lift appears to be on the cart and the size lift, please post! The tire size is 22x11x10.

Thanks in advance.

Nice looking cart. Do you have the clutch cover? Check the rollers for flat spots.

I do have the clutch cover, I took it off to take pictures. What are the rollers? Where are they at in the picture? What should they look like?

Roll the cart out of the cave, so we can see it. Then, Post clear pics of the front and rear clutches. I will draw on them what things are most important to check

Good close-up of a roller in the 2nd pic, and you need a new belt.

Just replaced both belts tonight. Now just looking for input on the clutch condition. Then I will reassemble and try her out. Also waiting on my seats to be finished by a local upholstery shop.
