Alltrax Controller Pro Question
I hooked up my USB to DB9 converter and monitored the parameters while driving. According to the manual:
Output Current This is the measured output or motor current of the controller. Accuracy +/-10% Battery Current This is the calculated input or battery current to the controller. It is calculated as: Battery current = motor current times throttle position %. It is accurate, given that motor current is continuous (which it generally is with any series motor), not discontinuous. Accuracy: +/- 10% I don't understand this. Wouldn't the output and battery current be the same in a series circuit? |
