96 g 14 valves rattle
I recently adjusted the valves without a feeler gauge. smoking stopped completely but me being the curious person I am went and bought one and readjusted tdc cold to .004. now its back to smoking and rattle. also how do I get rid of carbon build up? I've fine tuned the carb ran 4 quarts of oil replaced the spark plug and its still there on the plug when I check.

I'm unfamiliar with the particulars of the Yamaha engine. Perhaps a post in the Yamaha section of the site would bring some suggestions from those with more experience in these matters. Good luck FC |
