Default RXV questions

My cart isn't passing the start up test.
A few days ago I poured baking soda solution over my batteries, let it sit for a bit and rinsed with a single spout watering jug. Didn't get the electronics wet other than the sensor for the charge port that's on B+.
I also unplugged the two large pin connectors in front of the controller to check for corrosion. I may have put them back in bassackwards but I don't think so. I also checked the connector under the cup holder.
Is the sensor on the B+ something that can be tested with a VM? Is it even possible to reverse the pin connectors in the block?
Been trying to figure out why my cart only runs 10 mph at times is why I was looking for corrosion.

Maybe you pushed one of the female pin's connectors too far out and it's not making contact with the male pin on the controller.

Well I checked for an out of place female pin, none found but I did find a few had some corrosion. Cleaned those up best I could for now but need to get the appropriate bur and hang my flexshaft to do it properly.
Seems to have taken care of the running slow at times also. Took it out on the road and hit 34MPH GPS. Woohoo! Thanks Jeff.
