Got the new kingpins and old spindles in the lift arms. I do have excessive vertical play in the spindle within the arm. Really needs a good eighth inch taken up with shims. Anyone bought a shim kit and installed?

Well got the Rhox 6-inch lift started. Had some struggles and still do woth the angle of the rear track bar. From what I see on their how to its just a crank it down scenario. I don't really like that idea. Anyone have alternatives or did I do something wrong?

The fronts need shimming of the kingpins vertically in the c-channel of the a-arms. Awaiting a drill bit to make it work with some smaller I.D. shims.

Beginning the shim process for the front. Both have about .208 thousands of vertical play.

Correct drill bit will be here tomorrow for the I.D.

Still waiting for all of my engine parts. Purchase date was the 16th. Parts were stuck in a lot for 2 days in GA till the 18th. Should have been 2-6 day shipping. So much for that. I really hate the partnership when UPS and USPS deliver packages together. So delayed and tracking is absolute garbage. So much for motor work during this week off! I expected a delay for the Holidays but not this much.....

Continuing on with assembly. Trying a few different tires to see what size I want. Balloon looking tire is a 25x9x12 and the squared tire is 23x9x12.

Thinking 23x10.5x12 is the right size. I will need 2.5-inch wheel spacers though as the rears barely rub the inner fenders.
