May 17, 2022 Update - I ended up checking the retailer/vendors website (Smart Parts) and scrolled through customer testimonials regarding the 48V Golf Cart Battery Charger Yamaha (G19 G22 2). It seems a previous customer had the exact "fuse blow out" issue. That customer contacted Smart Parts to return, they did so and sent a new replacement one which worked fine. Even though it was 9-10 months after purchase, I did the same thing and they also sent a replacement charger. The replacement charger worked fine. So, in the end ... a faulty (yet brand new) charger was defective. And, BTW... Smart Parts said not to send them back the old defective charger.
