Could never understand why they didn't correct the wire placement. Even with the stock motor I could feel the acceleration quicken and more torque. I did have one that would not reach 23 mph. Look forward to your GPS/ radar gun speed test.

I suspect they had 1 million copies printed before they found out. I will ask on Monday. We have had some Ezgo and CC too that did not quite reach 22-23 advertised speed. But as you know, there about 10 variables that factor into the actual top speed. My cart hit 22 mph.

22 sounds about right for stock Hitachi motor. The older models (G19-22) would do 24 with stock GE motor.

One thing surprises me about the cart. It rides rough off the street compared to the other guys. I thought it would be nice with the wishbone front and coilover rears.
