Smile success

Just took my cart out for it's first run after installation of....the BEAST motor 700 amp controller, 400 amp solenoid and HD FnR switch, and 2 gauge wires. Keep in mine I have never attempted anything like this before, but following the advise from folks on this site, I took the leap and accomplished the task. The cart has great torque and I may have picked up one or two mph. General information it is a 96 CC DS with 6" lift kit, 23" all terrain tires with 12" rims. I was not looking for more speed just increase torque and the BEAST has delivered. Very, Very happy, thanks to everyone that offered advise....

What kind of speeds are you getting? I bet the torque is a beast! Congrats on the project.

millright...probably around 17 to 18 mph....really haven't checked it yet but I will, was really after torque more than speed...I use the cart at night hog hunting so speed is not an issue.

Very nice. I'm looking to do a motor upgrade myself but haven't decided which one I want.
