I have I60L as well and am considering Lithium upgrade. How does range compare on these Lithium vs the lead acid that come stock? And is there a difference in how far you can run it down?

Is RoyPow the go-to brand for LiFePO4 in our carts or are there other brands worth considering? Do you mind sharing where you ordered / costs?

Dealer installed, the 56Ah packs were about 1550 each.

I am very interested in building my own DIY lithium pack with high quality bms system.

It looks a little intimidating at first, but I'm thinking I might be able to handle it. The issue is always the cost. It seems like a100ah 48v system will still run a bit over $2k unless I recycle Leaf (car) batteries. At that price it's almost worth just buying the premade ones... But without a teardown of those, who knows what they skimped on to get to that price.

I will, lot to learn. What's that silver thing between your two RoyPow packs?

Is that a charger or BMS or something else?
