Default 2007 Yamaha Drive won't move or charge

When you switch it from tow to run the solenoid will click. Push the pedal the solenoid will click in (not move) and click out. If you continue to hold the pedal it will click again , but still not move. The charger is showing a full charge, but will not charge past 48 volts. Any suggestions?

If it wont charge past 48v, you have a battery or charger problem. The other issue could be related to battery voltage dropping too low when pedal is pressed, or maybe bad brushes in motor. Does the cart resist movement if you push it & beep reverse buzzer at you? (Tow/run in Run).

It has no resistance to it at all. No beep either.

As cgtech stated may be your brushes sticking or bad in motor...I simple test that sometimes work is to tap the end cap on motor with a hammer and try cart again...if it now moves or tries to whereas it did nothing before thats a dead giveaway...
