Default TXT minimum pack voltage? Solenoid clicks but no go

TXT cart s/n 2396262. Last year the cart would randomly not go, and when it did it pulsate bad. Like a stuttering. Then it finally quit working. Solenoid clicks. The pack voltage is 36.3, but only got to there after charging each battery separately. It looks like the charger is only putting out 36 ish volts.

What is the minimum voltage required from the pack to run the cart? Could the bad charger be the culprit here? That ultimately diminished the pack? The batteries are only 3 years old. But it does get heavy use.

Thanks.

Charger should be putting out around 44 volts at the end of the charge cycle. 36 volts is dead. Put a car charger on a pair of batteries at a time and let them fully charge. Then see what the cart does. If it runs you definitely have a charger issue

Get a voltmeter and test voltage of each battery and post voltages. How old are batteries? Also, get one of these and install if you don't have one:

The batteries were bought new in 2016. Pretty sure they are done and owe me nothing. 6.1v is the best battery, after I charged it.
