Tri County Trails, Darlington/Monroe, WI
We're going trail riding again. Check out their web site.
http://www.tricountytrails.com/ This ride is suitable for all carts lifted or not. This is a casual get together, there is not competitions and no awards. We'll have some things to keep your drinks cold or your hands warm, (depending on what the weather decides to do.) We are scheduled for October 19th and 20th rain or shine. I will ask that some of the veterans of previous rides post lodging information from their previous experiences. We stay at Pectonica River campground in down town Darlington because it is situated about midway to everything along the trail. http://www.darlingtonwi.org/camping.html There are bars, restaurants, and gas stations all along the main trail. There are some more challenging trails that spur from the main trail if you need the challenge. Hope to see you all there |

Re: Tri County Trails, Darlington/Monroe, WI
I've always thought this place was kinda cool but it's about 2 miles up the trail from the campground.
http://mikesengine.com/cabin_rentals.shtml Rando found a place right on the trail across from the campground last year, I think this is it...... http://riverviewlodgellc.com/Room-Information.html Lockman stayed here, http://www.anewbarbershophotel.com/index.html Both are walking distance to everything downtown Darlington and the campground. |
