Got some new Shoes for the Hand me down build. Next up... some electrical work and a wrap.

Modz 14" Matrix Matte Black wheels with Modz Guardian Tires. Picked them up from Golf Cart King. Excellent service as always.

SUCCESS!! Finished the conversion from resistor cart to modern controller on my 84 EZGO Marathon cart. Kit came from Carts Unlimited and it all went together exactly as it was supposed to! Thanks ScottyB!!!

Now I gotta start battery shopping for the 48V upgrade!!

I worked on the PC4X and did a few things.

Upgrade to 48v
Swapped on a brand new higher horsepower 48v motor
Upgraded to solid state but I used the existing forward/reverse switch
Added a horn with foot switch
Added a new fuse block since the old ones are terrible
Added a front light bar
Swapped in LED tail lights for safety
Upgraded my harbor freight winch controller with one that has a rocker switch on the cart as well as a wireless remote
I also fixed the factory wiring harness (messed up by previous owner)

I have power to the factory headlights now after fixing the wiring harness but they are burned out. I’ll eventually swap out the headlight units but at $90 a piece, I’m content with the light bar for now.

Installed my new battery gauge. Guess I need to program because it should read more than 86% there I think lol.
