Lower rod bearing feels good. Upper rod (wrist pin) is….eh..ok. Flywheel side bearing looks good. Cylinder wall and piston look good. So I guess I’ll replace the lower bearings once again and hope for the best.
I’ll probably slop an excess of two stroke oil all over the bearing for start up. Or would assembly lube be better? |

i usually use assembly lube like Lubriplate on those bearings

The crank bearings are rollers correct?

Thanks. So far I believe the piston and cylinder are ok, and I assume them to be standard. I’ll definitely keep you in mind if it al goes south..

Ms Daisy is going back together, I'll be damed if I can figure out where this little rubber piece mounts on the cylinder. I missed it in my pre teardown pics.
