EZGO 48V RXV No Drive
I have a 48V RXV which has no drive.
Several months ago this buggy was working but at times the batteries became very hot as to the point of the batteries smelling of hot battery acid. I took the buggy out of service, Another RXV we have broke down and traced to batteries being U/S I swapped the batteries and the buggy was fine. I have now purchased new batteries and have fitted to the original Buggy. problem is that there is no drive. The batteries have been out of the buggy for several months. The SOC meter registers, the Brake releases but the solenoid does not operate when the throttle is depressed. I have checked all connections, to all switches etc and checked all fuses. Solenoid has been checked and is OK. The controller is a Curtis: Am I missing something simple or could anyone advise as to what I look for next. Thank you |
