Remove the em brake and take it apart for inspection...

If you find a solution, please post. Mine is doing the same thing. Feels like someone hit me when I start moving but not every time. I havent addressed it yet but I will say I had my motor out not long ago and noticed the splines on my input shaft (shaft from rear end to motor) looked pretty chewed up. I dont know if that could be my issue or not, but I'll probably start there.

Replace the input shaft, it's cheap ($ 70) and easy to do (except removing the heavy Motor).

I haven’t pulled the motor to look at input shaft. Let me know when you replace your input shaft as to whether that was the fix or not. Thank you.

I drove the cart on the golf course today. Twice it did a shudder, not really a clunk. The day before I did remove the bolts and shackles and made sure all bushings were in good shape and tighten all bolts to factory specs.

I hooked up scanner after round and saw two errors.

HPD/sequencing fault
Comms supervision

Working on the troubleshooting guide to track these errors down and do some testing.

Replaced the throttle position sensor and throttle switch. Cart did the shudder once while playing 18 holes of golf yesterday.

Still searching for the cause.

Still getting the shudder. Happened 6 times on the golf course yesterday.

I still think it has something to do with the cart not releasing the brake when you press the gas pedal.

We have replaced the brake with a known working brake, no change.

Very frustrating.
