Got ‘em installed. 90%. Of course. Meaning 90% left to finish.

Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
On a side note. Spent my lithium upgrade money on my sons Z for the time being.
We’re working on some upgrades to our Z. Slowing my work on the cart but really exciting for my son and I. Still waiting on the Kinetix plenum to come in from Z1 Motorsport to complete the intake upgrades. 75mm throttle body and race cold air intake system. |

Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
Man....waaayyyyy back in the day it was "Points, Plugs, Wires" that would get any stock motor running great. (Plus timing of course)
To add more "juice" bolt on a Holly 4-bl carb, slap in a set of 3:91's or 4:11's and make sure tires were wide enough to grip! I guess it's not much different today....except it's "chips" instead of timing. Plus we had a lot more room back then to work under the hood. |

Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
You guys are right. Lucky for me my daughter wants a classic car with a V8 when she turns sixteen. I won’t know how to act when I don’t need a computer to work on stuff. All mechanical! My kind of stuff.

Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
Older cars are fun. I'm into early 90's and 80's cars, pre classics they call them lol. I call them "cheap fun" and no emissions inspections. Around here you can't modify a newer car without failing emissions tests. Bummer. Guess the V8 in the '04 Wrangler will have to wait a few years! My play toy is an 84 Mustang GT, fun and cheap.
