update. The switch was not wired in. Now she's moving! Put the stock wheels on for now, so it looks terrible, but it's got a lot of torque! Wonder if it will be more torque-y with the 23.5" soon?

Larger wheels == less torque by ratio of diameters.

Hey I’m converting mine also. Can you expand on “switch was not wired in?” I’m having the same issue. Could you kindly take a pic of the solenoid please? I didn’t hook the charging wires, would this cause the controller and solenoid not to turn on? Also, where does the red power wire hook to? To solenoid or fuse? Thanks in adavnce

Having same issue with same setup. I believe it is the reed switch wire as well. I am told the reed switch wire should go to the positive side of the battery but I don't know where the other end should attach. Frustrating when you get a new package and you can't get the controller to come on. I see at least two others on this thread with the same problem of 51 volts on one side of the solenoid and nothing on the other. Somebody willbe a hero if they can help us out...lol
