![]() Trying to get this unit up and running again, and safely stop.
Rear brake calipers seem to be in need of rebuild or repair. Any known rebuild kits available? Anyone DIY rebuild these? Any sources for good operating used brake calipers? My list of guidance will continue! Thanks Honda Gas Motor |

![]() What is the distance between the mounting holes on the caliber ?
What is the size of the mounting bolts ? You may want to just search the internet for go-cart brakes. You may be able to make this work for you: https://cometkartsales.com/MCP-18137...with-Pads.html Richard |

![]() I see that your mounting holes are at 3 inches. The one shown in the link I posted has the bolt Pattern 2 1/4" Center to Center, so that will not work for you.
Have you searched for parts for you brake ? If you can find parts, what kind of prices are you seeing ? Richard |

![]() Brake calipers are usually pretty generic, but I haven't seen one quite like that. I'm not real familiar with ATV or UTV style calipers, but I'm certain club car didn't go out of their way to get a special caliper made just for the limited number of carts they put these on.
Are there any logos or any other identifying marks cast on the outside of it? |

![]() Here is my suggestion.
https://www.wilwood.com/Calipers/Cal...%20%20&appid=0 Price is right at $103 The mounting bolt holes are not the same as the one you took off, but if you have some mechanical skills, this should be easy to make fit. Richard |
