Default Steering difference in a lifted cart?

I'm converting a 2012 TXT golf course purchase into a hunting cart. Almost done, including an 8" lift and knobby tires. I played a round of golf yesterday in a brand new EZ-Go TXT and the steering was MARKEDLY different - much tighter and crisp. What is your best guess for the difference - just a worn out front end or are stock carts better handling?

Lifting the cart also usually pushes the front end out. Reducing turning radius.

You've also probably got loose/worn tie rod ends. 7+ years of golf cart abuse from people driving carts that arent theirs... check those for play. Cheap and easy fix

It's hard to say without pics. If the lift is homemade it could be an issue with structure. Worn tie rod ends, a arm bushings, hub bearings, steering box, there's so much to check.

Put the cart up on jack stands and wiggle the front tires in all directions and look for movement in all the steering parts and hub bearings.
