Default Vegas carts new exhaust header EZGO

Any body used Geoff;s new EZGO Header for GX390/Clone Swap, Still don't have the exhaust the way I would like on my cart. Wondering if this may help.

Yes, I have the new exhaust header from VC, and they have a newer one that has a mount that goes under the head with one bolt that really holds it in place. I am going to make that mod to mine hopefully this week. Thick walled stuff too. You can cut it to make it adaptable to what you want, and not worry about blowing holes in it welding.

That's good news about the wall thickness. I've modified mine a bunch of times and man is it hard to weld. Of course....my welding skill lacks refinement and control....and....my welder is a piece of garbage. So, that would help amateurs like me! LOL

We cut the exhaust pipe into 4 pieces and welded back together. FIL is Old Skool stick welder. Found a MillerMatic 211 Mig with bottle and Spool Gun (no reg gun, but 62 bux and ebay fixed that) heckuva deal..... He's impressed with it! Plenty of heat and penetration, no blown holes.
