Parcar replacement start switch
Just bought this 1988 gas Columbia Parcar golf cart was told it has a bad key switch.
Everywhere I have found one they are out and on back order. Would like to find a different replacement and would changing to electronic ignition make the new switch easier to find? Very new to the golf cart world Thanks |

Re: Parcar replacement start switch
Check out vintagegolfcartparts.com. They have a 2 solenoid conversion kit that replaces the OEM switch with a standard F/R switch by way of having the 2 solenoid functionality separate from the switch itself. As well, there are couple of posts here from a couple of folks who did it. A lot of modern carts use to the 2 solenoid set up rather than relaying on the key switch for everything.
