Default 05 g22 electric yamaha

When you rock the cart the solenoid kicks in, but will not kick in turning the key on and pressing the foot pedal. About 4 months ago I had to install a new run/tow switch. The original one would click the solenoid when switching from tow to run but the new switch never did, but it ran ok. I don't know if it is related but it's a no click, no run now. Everything checks ok except the throttle sensor don't read right sometimes so therefore it will run some times. It set for 3 days I got on it and it ran just fine so I pulled it to the charger and charged it but it would not run again after fully charged. No loose wires that I can find. Can anyone help? Thank you!!

Take a look at the stop switch, down there next to throttle sensor in pedal assy.

I tested it several times always checks good. I rock the cart so the solenoid kicks in and instantly push gas pedal and get no movement. Don't that sound like a throttle sensor problem?

Possibly, check resistance. 0-150 at rest, up to 5,000 at full throttle. If this ends up being it, dont buy the cheap aftermarket TS. I did this recently and the part was crap.

Solenoid clicks, that says the Tow/run is good, and solenoid is likely good. I would be leaning towards gas pedal switch as well, maybe check key switch too

tow run switch is new but wouldn't click the solenoid like the old one did when switched off and on, but ran ok for 4 months up til now. solenoid will click when you rock the cart most of the time one day maybe next day no. foot pedal switch ohms when pedal pushed down, no ohms when pedal up so pedal switch is opening and closing ok. throttle measures aprox 0-5000 ohms. batteries full charge. I have checked every wire and connections a dozen times. key switch checks good also. 1 year old motor is good and 1 yr old controller don't if its good or not. I put on a new solenoid and throttle sensor. gonna check key switch one more time then give up on it unless someone has a better idea.

I have 24 volts going to the frame. No wires touching anywhere. Ohm meter shows no shorting at either 4 posts on the motor. Been shocking me for about a year off and on Where is this voltage coming from. Bound to be why it won't run now.

It might be time to wash down your battery pack. Baking soda works great. If that don't work, take the motor leads off, i have seen motors do this.
