Default Clutch- rattle/vibration help

Ok, I have been a cart owner for a few weeks now and am learning tons however one thing is driving me nuts. The cart has a rattle/vibration between 14-17 mph ONLY! It I have run through everything and it is driving me nuts. As I am new to these things how does the clutch look?

Any other thoughts/comments would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the muffler and look at the pan bolts under it, two on each end. You may also see cracking at these pionts that will give you a rattle/vibration feel. Had to weld mine and still started rattling again in a short time but I found that the bolt nuts under the pan had worked there way past the hole and became loose again. I added larger washers and my rattly sound is now gone.
Make sure you muffler straps are nice and tight also.
Just my thoughts.

Done and done redcloud. I already has to go down that rapid when I couldn't get my exhaust pipe to stop cracking. Was missing the bolt under the middle pan. Thanks tho.
