OK - the old Black ones are no longer manufactured - but there are still grey-colored Regen 1 replacement controllers. Because you measured two different voltages across the big terminals a while back - that solenoid could be a suspect too.

Thank you just to be sure i replaced both solenoids with no change .now im waiting 2 days for the controller
