Default 36 volt series throttle issues

Hello,

New to the forum here. What a great source of information.

I have a problem with an ezgo, specifically the throttle.

When you press the throttle just a little bit, it takes off like a rocket, and the further you press the throttle the slower it goes. This is a new problem on this cart. Last week it did not do this and I have done nothing other than drive it.

Anything I can check?

It is a 2004 36 volt series cart.

Thanksin advance

Water screws with the throttle device, even heavy moisture can effect outpput value. Any chance the ITS (located under the floor) Has gotten wet?

Yes it probably has, however I did swap it out with a known running cart and the problem persisted.

At a loss really

you can test the Ezgo ITS signal. What controller do you use?
