low speed on 36v '93 EZGo
I have been working on getting a 93 ezgo rebuilt. I bought new batteries (Werker similar to the trojan t-105) a new alltrax controller, 300 amp I believe, and a D&D 8.3 Hp motor. I do not have a 36v charger yet and have been using a 12v car battery charger and two 6v's in series. The battery charge says that the batteries are full, but when I run the cart the cart barely moves. Any ideas as to why the power is not there?
Thanks, Jason |

Possible throttle not working properly. Measure the ohms on the pot box. You shold have 0-5k ohms. 0 ohm (or close to 0) at no throttle and around 5K ohms at wide open.

Roady for my own reference, how much variance can you have from the 0-5K or 5k-0 suggested? 10% or more?

I modified the location of the throttle linkage and it may not be fully opening. I will take a look at it today and post some progress, thank you.
