Default Secondary clutch vibration

There's a fierce vibration in my cart and I am pretty sure that it is coming from my secondary clutch. Is there a way to balance it? It used to only vibrate bad at 17+ mph, but now it is worse and at lower speeds.

I should add that the change happened after I pulled the engine and then reinstalled it. How likely is it that the belt is responsible rather than the secondary?

So, I decided to get a new belt. The only thing I did to the secondary clutch was to take the belt off of it, and I can't see how that would make such a big change. However, I took the belt on and off 2 or 3 times, and not in the nicest way possible (for the belt). I am thinking I may have stressed the belt and it now causes more vibration at high speeds than before. I really hope I am right.

There is no way to balance those clutches that I am aware of. Those belts can be tricky as there are differences in width and length from year to year and its easy to get the wrong belt as they look the same. Its only when you look close and measure that you realize you have the wrong belt. Those differences can cause issues though so make sure you have the 100 percent right belt for your cart.

Could be your clutch needs replaced but work that belt first. Replacing is pretty easy but those clutches cost a few bucks.

The new belt worked. The vibe is still there, but much less than it ever was before. Now the vibe goes away at top speed as well. Money well spent as far as I'm concerned.
