'82 Cushman 3 wheel HAULSTER

FOR SALE!! 1982 Cushman Haulster
This unit runs and drives. It has a 710cc opposed twin, 3 speed manual transmission, good clutch and the tires hold air. The motor looks like a VW motor cut in half, and it sounds like a little Harley MC.
It's rated @ 18 hp runs good and WILL NOT STALL, it's a torque monster!!!
SAVE IT FROM THE GRAVE YARD! I will accept $400.00. Located in Anniston, AL.
This drivetrain may be good for Cart Drags!! (with parachute)
NEEDS MASTER CYLINDER!! NO BRAKES!!!

It' REALLY fun with no brakes,

It goes about 23 MPH!!, and that's reverse!

Seriously, the GC graveyard will give $300-350 for it, to part out! It will probably be retired soon. Give y'all a chance first!

I've never understood why guys aren't taking these and sticking the running gears in golf carts. talk about up grading, it'll do better than 45mph. these three wheel cushmans are one of the few carts that are fed approved street legal, not even their 4 wheel counter part can say that.
I'd get it in a second if I lived closer.

Scotty, I know your good at posting but you seem to need some help with the reading parts......

I could fix the brakes on that thing and sell it for an easy grand not even trying to. They actually build them here in Charlotte now.

You are right you caught me speed reading.... here ......No one wants to mess with that old stuff. Never heard of anyone giving that much $ for a 3 wheel cushman.... Somebody has... there was one on craigs for about a year at $450 here and it looked like the junkman left it

If I had the time and money to mess with it I would keep it. This thing does flat haul some a**! It will go about 40. I was in a bind for quick cash, but the deal fell through anyway. If any one wants it, it's there. I'm in no rush now.
I got a real nice A arm yamaha dual shock front end set up, under an old columbia car.
I may cut em up and put the front of that with the cushman motor/tail. They are both built like tanks, and it would have the 3 speed and clutch.
Like I said, It's still here.
