What to use for Body filler?
What kind of body filler would you use on a golf cart body? It's a 2001 cc ds. Just need to fill some scratches.

Re: What to use for Body filler?
no body glaze is not rubber bumper filler it is thin body filler like bondo , go to the parts store and ask for claw glaze , you use a hard rubber spreader to pack the scratch and remove excess

Re: What to use for Body filler?
Glazing putty is a polyester based filler that is much thinner than bondo so you don't get pinholes. It is also easier to sand and exactly what you would use for filling scratches. Just don't forget the adhesion promoter before you spray primer over the sanded areas. Many companies make it but here is one example.

What about filling the holes where the "no step" cover was mounted?

Re: What to use for Body filler?
you can use 2 part plastic epoxy to fill those. Put tape on the back and fill the hole. After it dries go on the back side and scuff up the plastic about 2" around and spread more epoxy on the backside. Sand the top smooth afterward and then use some glazing putty to fill any imperfections. Sand glazing putty smooth apply adhesion promoter and primer.

Oh and make sure the hole is clean before you put the epoxy in there or it won't adhere properly.
