Default Help, please....CC gas....

First thing in the morning when I press the gas pedal my cart will start to idle but wont take off. Then I let off and slowly press again and cart goes. Fine after that, but after it sits for an hour or so, it does the same again. My cart is all factory origional. Choking it doesnt help. Is there some sort of adjustment? What am I missing here? Thank you.

So it runs fine once the motor warms up a bit?

It sounds like it is just being a bit cold blooded.

I want to say it might be a carb issue. Why?? Well, the perception of cold could be fuel is not delivered into the carb enough. Hit it another time and more fuel enters. It sits a while and maybe the fuel isn't being held ?? I don't know, but it seems to me it sounds like some kind of fuel flow issue possibly...

This behavior ususlly means it's running too lean.

What year is the cart? On my '87 there's a mixture screw on top of the carb that can be fiddled with.
