I love the look of the 14” wheels. But when I had my cart built I was strongly encouraged to go with 10” wheels due to the extra cushion provided by having that much more sidewall on the tires. It’s a bit of a trade off. The ride is so much softer with the 10’s but I like the look of the bigger wheels a lot more.

I have 25x10 ATV tires on 9 inch JD Gator wheels and no seat spring at all on this little bugger. It rides along very nice though because of the air cushioning. I run them about 10 PSI.

Double post but won't let me delete one. This site is the only one I go to where pics can't be uploaded directly and have to be hosted elsewhere. There are always more glitches that way.

Photos don't have to be hosted elsewhere. If you use the paperclip to attach your photos, they can be directly uploaded.

Instead of using the quick reply box click the button marked "go advanced". Then use the paperclip to upload and insert photos like swm63 suggested.

I went from 10" wheels 22" tires to 12"/23s and noticed a difference in ride. My next cart I went back to 10" with 24 tires, a whole lot better on my back. Have to admit I'm old school and never liked the looks of tall wheels with no sidewall tires, looks too much like cars in the hood to me.

See signature, with 8psi I also have some cush.. :)

What’s the lowest psi I can run with 6 ply tires.. at about 8 now, maybe dropping to 5 may help too? Tires still pretty stiff at 8 .

Spacers on now with using a board to see how my tires line up i realized my alignment was more toe out in one side than in.. gonna try to get to even and see what that does.. maybe combo of rough tires and alignment being off.

I wouldn't go below 8psi. You start to run the risk of pinching a sidewall or rolling the tire off the bead. Especially with a big heavy rig like yours.

I first get the steering wheel lined up where it should be (helps to have someone hold it there), then adjust the passenger front wheel to line up with the back wheel, then with a ruler measure across the front of the front tires, then back of front tires, then adjust the drivers side straight minus an 1/8" then passenger side minus an 1/8. Don't have to be super accurate but wind up with about a 1/4 toe-in.
