Looks like it is 4.5" x 2.5"

lens says SAE Y93

I have included an image of what the entire assembly looks like behind the plastic. The two screws hold the glass onto the metal back with the plastic pieces.

looks like it takes a removable bulb that has tail on it light bulb number is " 12v55wh3 "

the bulb grounds with a wire that screws into the metal part on it if that makes sense

hey man i appreciate it, I have a newer lense I bought that is the wrong thing, I posted in the for sale section if anybody needs it to pay it forward.
