And the bolt sizes that hold it on also if you know what they are. I guess I'm missing all those also

Those I don't know - they're small screws and I don't have any, but I'll get some measurements for you later this evening off of my spare tin and post them up tonight.

I was watching that 3 part you tube movie where that guy rebuilt that 2pg motor and when he was taking his sheet metal shroud off, he said those bolts that held it on were 10mm ..... (Head size) bolts

Yep, 6mm probably has a 10mm hex head

jlloyd, I apologize for not getting the measurements tonight, I got busy and had some issues to take care of, just didn't get to the shed while there was enough light. I will get pictures and measurements for you tomorrow and post them as soon as I do so.

Sorry to have kept you hanging for so long, life has a weird way of keeping you from doing things.

This is a sketch (a ROUGH one, it isn't to scale at all) of what it'd look like flattened out, figured you could use that since you're making it from sheet metal. The dotted lines are where you're gonna have bends - I have some pics of the actual tin that I'll upload in a couple minutes.

Just realized I forgot to include the holes for mounting and the plug in my sketch. Once you have the piece made it should be pretty easy to determing where to put them though. Hope this helps.

Thanks for taking the time to get me the info, I sheared out a piece big enough to make it yesterday at work so I'll lay it out and bend it today. How big are those holes for plug and bolts? Plug hole looks like about 1 1/4"

The plug hole is 1 5/16" and the three bolt holes are 7/8". I had that written on the margin of the original sketch, just didn't transfer it. Wish I'd gotten measurements for the placement of the holes.
