Seat covers and arm rests for the back. What an upgrade in looks!

The weather has been gorgeous, so I spent a bunch of time on the weekend scrubbing and recovering the plastics on my cart.

Where are you located and how do you keep the pollen off of things when painting this time of year? It's crazy around here

The pollen isn't too bad yet, I'm just south of Calgary but we just hit a stretch of about +20° C over the weekend. It's about to turn again this week, going to -10° C, but I own an auto garage so if I need to actually paint, I paint indoors.

The plastic isn't painted, but coated with a thin film of ACF-50 and then wiped dry. Does crazy good work at refreshing plastic lustre, though I'm only trying this for the first time so I'm hopeful that it lasts a full season at least. Only time will tell.

Did you see the brakes? They flipped the bitch!

This should mean I don't need a longer cable for the left rear after the cart is lifted. I saw some posts indicating that the diff would need to be opened to remove the axles, but that's not the case thankfully. There is an internal circlip that holds the rear axle in place by retaining the axle bearing, and with a little tap the axle popped right out. You will need a set of circlip pliers to release them without removing the brake shoes and hardware, but it makes the brakes that much easier to do with the axle out of the way.
