The 3 wheelers are classed as a motorcycle. We have known of a few 4 wheelers that slipped by and were registered for the road. Insurance is usually the big holdup.

Side Note: The 3 wheelers handle and steer much better than the 4 wheelers too.
We recently bought 10 that were registered as motorcycles in Nebraska. We were thinking of trying to get them reclassified as mopeds, any ideas as to key differentiators between the categories?
