Default rear end years please help 1987 gxt800

hi i made a post earlier about noise in my rear end i changed the wheel barrings and seals no luck ordered a new secoundary clutch to make sure its not that but thinking my rear end is bad like the ring and pinion does anyone know the years for my cart to get a donor for the rear end its a 1987 gxt800 with the robin 2pg i may be able to get a cheap 3 wheel harley cart if that will work thanks.

Outside the noise, does the cart drive?

yes just has a grinding noise and randomly jerks like its trying to stop iv unhooked drive belt also and ran engine and seems fine no noise .

When you did the bearings did you check the axle splines in the hubs? these rearends seldom fail.

yea i cleaned them up hubs a lil worn axel seems ok i tried to put foot on break and hit gas seems to turn together and not seperate i did notice the bearing i could pop on and off by hand with lil force and had to tap bearing into hud cause would seperate when installing shaft but is held by 2 snap ring in front and back of it

.. Stripped hubs are pretty common is the reason I asked.

yea i don t think its that when the cart is jacked up in air no weight on tires still does it too i may buy hubs just to rule them out aswell

i got the secoundary clutch off looks good new one coming in so im gonna put on for good measure shaft to rear end looked good no play . but i noticed when i spin my primary around it clanks think this could be the noise and jerking issue?

thanks for the help just put the secoundary clutch in and fixed all issues now to do some cosmetics
