Exclamation 07 precedent cart won’t move help please.

Please I Just got this 07 precedent out of its grave of about 2 years
I replaced the old batteries with new ones but cart won’t move in either forward or reverse and reverse buzzer won’t sound.

If you have any suggestions on what could be the issue with it not moving I welcome any suggestions or tips.

Charger was messed up by the old owners puppy so I will be trying to fix the cord or ask one of my friends who has the same charger to see if I can borrow theirs.

Previous owner did a lot of upgrades like bigger motor, back seat, overhead mad Jax radio, underglow, jakes lift kit, and brighter 2 stage Headlights & single stage taillights.

The previous owner did a renovation and addition and it got boxed in behind the shed I’ve rode it before and man this cart was fast.

I’ve had an 1983 Club Car 36v for over 15 years And it had started having issues so when I was offered my dream cart with back seat that converts to a flat bed free and clear if I could get it out and running.

Did you inspect the wiring for rodent damage? I have had cars sit for some time that became home to rodents who seemed to think the wiring was snack food. If you check it all and clean and tighten connections as you go perhaps you'll find the source of the problem. Check them all, including up in the dashboard.

The Reverse buzzer not making a sound when the FNR is in reverse is usually caused by the Controller being in charger lockout mode.

You can disconnect the OBC 6-pin connector and use a large paperclip or a stiff wire to jump the connector holes for the Blue and the White wires on the harness side connector.

If the cart works that means the OBC lockout circuit has failed.

If the OBC has failed the powerdrive charger cannot be used to charge the cart and you need to do the permanent OBC by-pass and buy a new "smart" charger.

And don't forget proper battery break in procedures.

How would I find this connector?
Where is it located?
I’ve just barely gotten in to this newer style cart all my experience was with solenoid/resistor carts.

Found a cut or chewed wire. Runs like a champ and charger works too,! Just cost me the price of new batteries

So after riding around I’m noticing some front end issues.
Need help Steering is kind a loose one of the tires is leaning really bad and the other is not too bad I’ll post pictures.
Need help IDing this lift it says it’s a jakes kit but no clue as to how high.
I can start a new post if that is best.
Top speed in upper left of last photo.
I hate this time change as it gets so dark so early so ill get someone to drive it for me tomorrow after work and I’ll get a video of the steering in action it’s super loose unlike my other neighbors who has a little newer cart I think and it’s super tight with their lift.
But I need to know what type of kits are available I will be wanting to add accessories to this beast.
