Taylor-Dunn B 2-10
Recently acquired a Taylor Dunn B 2-10 burden carrier, circa 1993..
Throttle control had bad micro switches that I am in the process of changing out. Seems like a clunky way of constructing something. Anyone know about these things? Says there are "No User Serviceable Parts Inside" which, of course to me, is like a signed invitation to take it apart! Guy I got it from said he replaced the controller and it ran for a week, then the throttle went out, or so he said. Don't think he was very tech-saavy. Was able to get the service manual downloaded from the T-D web site, so I have high hopes for getting this thing underway. Batteries need a lot of TLC too. If there is any activity on this forum I will happily post updates. |
