Default Club Car DS won't start after running out of gas

Hello, I stupidly ran my 2018 club car out of fuel, it has the SUBARU EX40 injected engine. After refilling with fuel it acts like is has no fuel, just turns over. When you let off the pedal it almost wants to fire but basically nothing. I pulled the plug and it's pretty dry, also turned the motor over with the plug out and felt no fuel coming from the cylinder.
I did park it as soon as it ran out of fuel, I'm hoping running these out of fuel wouldn't instantly burn up the fuel pump but that's what it seems like. I just can't get it to prime.

Any help is much appreciated.

If you have a compressor with a blow nozzle take a rag and put it in the tank to apply some pressure while trying to start it.

When you cycle the key on do you hear the fuel pump prime? Should turn on for a few seconds.

I’d let it prime a few times and then try to start it

So I used a shop vac blowing backwards and definitely compressed the tank. The cart immediately fired for a couple seconds then back to just turning over like it's starving for fuel. I did it a few more times with no results as good as the first and also tried while it was turning over and blowing air, but no luck.

I do hear it but oddly it doesn't sound as loud as before, I'll compare to one of the other carts.

I compared 2 other carts and yes it makes the prime sound when I turn the key. I turned the cart on and off about 10 times trying to get it to prime. I tried this before but have also had the 6 month old battery on a tender just to make sure I'm getting full power. Unfortunately still nothing. I then pulled the pump out of the tank to take a look and everything looked clean and the little tank inside the tank was full, lines looked full as well.

Is there an inline fuel filter? Possible running the tank dry picked up some crap and plugged the filter?

*Edit* Looks like it does from the attached document for the motor.

I’d take the fuel line loose from the injector. Put it into a 5 gallon fuel can. Turn the key on to let it “prime”.

I say to use a 5 gallon fuel can because it *should* spray fuel out with a hell of a lot of force. I don’t know the spec but I’d bet at least 40psi. If you squirt it in a jar or bucket or something else it’s gonna make a MESS. Assuming it work anyways.

If it just dribbles out, replace the fuel pump.

Prime the fuel system by turning the ignition on (Run position) for 30 seconds, but do not start the engine. Turn the ignition off. This allows the pump to prime the system. Repeat three times. Now crank it for 15 seconds
