![]() After reading hundreds of posts over the last 2 weeks related to my problem, I have learned alot, however I still am unable to start my 1987 gas CC. It is a pedal start, 4 terminal key switch, and I have downloaded the wiring diagram already & have tried to diagnose the problem but I need HELP..... Battery is hot, solenoid tries to start when crossing 2 large posts, switch is hot, buzzer on reverse works, fuse is good.... I was wondering how to test the micro switches since I can't find any of the posts to tell me how. I took the wires off the 'accelerator kill limit switch' thinking that would be it, & tried to start it with no luck.... I have tried to put it into 'maintenance mode' but now I am unsure what it is in since I could not find a pic of this showing the position of the yellow knob in F/R, so I am trying in all 3 positions. (Minor Issue).......I had just parked the CC one day & returned to start it & Nothing! It has been 2 weeks & I have read & re-read all the electrical posts & tried as much as I could. I use this cart every day on the farm & am ready to go buy another one just to be able to get around. I know very little but I can follow directions.........Please Help.

![]() On page 5-2 of this parts manual you will find a wiring diagram. It should help you troubleshoot the start circuit. and yes in mast cases you can use a test light.http://bennettgolfcars.ca/upfile/man...1114075904.pdf

![]() I have checked the 4 limit switches with a meter to see if they are open & closing. They are. Now how do I check the 4 posts on the solenoid with a meter?
