Re: Custom EZ-GO TXT with big street bike engine
[SIZE="5"]Once you roll (or stop) you won't need the clutch. It'll shift all day without a clutch. No harm unless it gets between gears and is jammed back in. The dogs are undercut and will lock in. A bit of light throttle will let it slip out clean. Just like an Indy car.
Wet motorcycle clutches are good, but 'gunky' feeling on heavier vehicles. Dry clutch is cool, but won't live in your environment. Not sure a dry clutch even exists for a Blackbird? Subscribed to your YT vid. Completed project will destroy some sand! [ /SIZE] |

I'm learning more every day! Definitely will keep you guys posted as this project progresses. ??????????????? QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS ?????????????????? I'm building this to keep up with my friends that have RZR and X3 buggies, in the sand dunes. I want to cut out a "Slogan" of some sort on my rear bumper, for the times I might be in front of my friends in their high dollar purchased buggies.... Something along the lines of: "Yes, you are indeed behind an EZ-Go!" Or something like that. You guys got any ideas??? Something that takes a little jab at the high dollar rigs... Something I can plasma cut out of some thin sheet metal. Thanks in advance for any ideas!! |

Just wow!!!
What are those shocks you are using. Do they have a spring inside? Are they adjustable somehow? |

I always liked the phrase "SUCK IT" think it would be killer on a bumper cut out. That is back lite at night
