I have a few questions
Are you planning on using a flex modifier?
Did you use normal bondo to fill the holes?
Any worries about the difference in the expansion rate between the body/paint/ and filler?

Negative on the flex modifier
Used an epoxy to fill holes then used just a normal bonding fill to level out and blend holes with body.
Not overly worrried about expansion. Keep my golf cart cart indoors during the winter months.

Ok, Thanks. Have you done this process before? With good luck? LOL
I contacted a guy to paint a cart for me, He was not cheep! and stated it was the cost of the flex additives and if he didn't use them the paint would crack!
So I am just looking around to see what others are doing.

Used this paint system before and had no problems with it. Painted my quad plastics and had none of that paint crack. The epoxy primer, paint and clear coat system is fairly pricey. Not cheap by no means, set me back 500.

Yes, that's a bit pricey. And I was complaining about the flex modifier at $65 a pint! LOL
