Thanks for sharing this build with good pics and ideas. Just picked up a G16 for our seasonal. It will be the 2nd modified unit we have (family has an 02 CC DS w/670 I swapped a year ago).

What grade of bolt? If you are not using Grade 8 for suspension attachments, you are looking for disaster.
